About Us:

Football Focused Excellence is a dynamic football coaching company, delivering fun, engaging, and inclusive football sessions in Chesham and Harlow. We also offer half-term football provision. Our aim is to foster a love of the game while developing players' physical, technical, and tactical skills in a positive and supportive environment.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Level 1 or 2 football coach to join our team and continue their coaching journey. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with players of varying abilities and be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions. The role requires availability to deliver a session in Chesham on Monday & Friday Evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs aimed at improving players' physical, technical, and tactical skills. Provide individualized coaching to ensure players reach their full potential. Monitor and assess players' progress, adjusting coaching techniques and plans as needed. Evaluate players' abilities and assign positions based on their strengths and skills. Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to address weaknesses. Collaborate with the head coach and team management to ensure smooth delivery of sessions and development plans.

Requirements:

FA Level 1 or 2 Coaching qualification (or equivalent). Strong communication and leadership skills. Passionate about football and developing players at all levels. Experience in delivering coaching sessions to children and young adults. Reliable and able to commit to Monday & Friday evening sessions in Chesham. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the program.
