Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Football Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring players, creating effective training programmes, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training sessions to enhance players' skills and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their techniques and strategies.
- Plan and organise team practices, drills, and matches.
- Analyse players' performances during games and provide guidance for improvement.
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential.
- Educate players on game rules, sportsmanship, and teamwork principles.

Skills:

- Demonstrated experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
- Ability to educate players on technical aspects of the game.
- Excellent leadership qualities to lead and inspire a team.
- Organisational skills to plan training sessions and manage team schedules.

Trainings will be on Wednesdays and Thursday from 17:00 to 20:30, the team will partecipate to the Regent Park league

Location: New River Sports Centre, White Hart Lane, London N22 5QW

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-15.00 per hour
