14.50 Per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated

Sports Coach/Tutor

to inspire, guide, and develop individuals or teams in football. The role combines coaching physical skills with mentoring and tutoring in related areas such as fitness, nutrition, teamwork, and personal development. The successful candidate will create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that fosters athletic and academic growth.

Responsibilities

To plan and prepare teaching programmes appropriate to the needs of the learners and in line with company practices and requirements. To teach groups of learners and set work as required by their programme. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal development. Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Organise and lead training sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and other staff members regarding progress and development.

Requirements

Proven experience in coaching and tutoring within the football industry- Essential TAQA qualification/ Experience in Teaching- Essential Strong communication skills to effectively engage with participants of all ages.- Essential Passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment- Essential Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their goals.- Essential
