Titans FC | Football Coach (Pathway to Leadership)

Pay: 25 - 30 per hour + performance bonuses

Job Type: Part-time (with progression to full-time for the right people)

Schedule: Friday evenings essential, with extra weekday/evening and camp opportunities available

Responsibilities

Arrive early to set up pitches and prepare sessions. Deliver sessions that are engaging, professional, and inclusive, following our proven curriculum. Maintain excellent player-to-coach ratios to give each child proper attention. Support with equipment pack down after sessions. Potential to manage a team competing in the Harrow Youth Football League/Harrow Soccer Combination.

Requirements

Experience in youth coaching OR working with children in schools. FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (minimum). Enhanced DBS Check (mandatory - we can support this). Driver's licence and access to a car (preferred). Most importantly: energy, personality, and passion for developing young players.
