Hours: Full Time for 1 year placement July 2025 - June 2026

Contract Type: Student Work Placement

What will you be doing?

The Football Operations department is looking for a work placement student to support the full time Football Operations staff in the operational delivery of the Training Ground. The work placement student will underpin the daily tasks of the department to include, but not restricted to; operational implementation of football schedules, administration, and football operations projects.

This exciting opportunity will allow the successful student to work within a progressive Football Operations team, promoting high standards of performance and development..

You will be based at Staplewood Training Ground located in Marchwood, Southampton. Just a 15-minute drive from the city centre and don't worry there's free parking!

We are looking for candidates who can be part of a multi-disciplinary team of people, be proactive and innovative in their approach and communicate effectively at all levels.

This placement

must

form part of the overall degree programme in order for you to be considered. Students on courses with optional placements are

not applicable

Studying for a degree in a relevant field Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic Knowledge and competence with administration tasks Proficient in Microsoft programmes.
