Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking gang of 3 to join our team on building footpaths on a new build development. The ideal candidates will be capable of laying ducts, type 1, kerbs and edgings to a level ensuring that all works is completed to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on site.

Responsibilities

Lay stone to correct levels. Installation of ducts, kerbs and edgings Operate machinery such as dumpers and 360 safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

Experience

Previous experience of 5 years in groundworks is essential. Familiarity with construction tools and machinery is required. A valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is mandatory NPORS/CPCS Dumper/360 Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in groundworks is highly valued.
