As we continue to expand, we are seeking a

Quality Assurance Technician

to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards before reaching our customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspection of garments and footwear against approved samples and specifications. Verify measurements, fit, materials, and finishing quality to ensure alignment with brand standards. Maintain quality inspection records, defect reports, and corrective action logs using Microsoft Excel and internal systems. Review product specifications, materials, and technical documentation before and during production. Identify quality concerns, perform root cause analysis, and work collaboratively with suppliers to implement corrective actions. Manage and update critical path and supplier performance trackers. Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and communicate findings to management and suppliers. Support the QC Team Leader with documentation, inspection scheduling, and follow-up on corrective measures. Ensure all measurement tools and inspection methods are applied consistently and accurately. Liaise regularly with overseas QA teams (particularly in India) and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

Minimum

RQF Level 3 qualification (A-level equivalent)

or higher, ideally in

Textiles, Fashion, Product Engineering, or Computer Science

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in quality control, assurance, or manufacturing within apparel, footwear, or textiles. Strong technical knowledge of materials, pattern construction, finishing, and fitting. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and quality documentation systems. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and overseas teams. Experience liaising with overseas suppliers, especially in India or South Asia, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Indian languages ( particlarly Hindi) is preffered but not essential.
