Key responsibilities:



Ensure optimal distribution center inventory levels to support dispatches, prevent stock shortages, and avoid excess stock. Monitor and audit perpetual inventory counts to ensure accuracy. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor their performance. Maintain Cargowise accruals reports for invoicing and address supplier invoice queries. Oversee new supplier and product implementations. Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team. Maintain the demand planning system and software, including accurate product setup and maintenance, currency rates, and IPR goods for VAT submissions. Regularly review the Demand Planning Tool Dashboard, analyse forecast vs. actual data, monitor forecast trends, categorize SKU forecast types, and adjust data in the product hierarchy. Manage Demand Planning Tool Dashboard setup changes as needed. Prepare materials to support project discussions and recommendations. Submit contractual reports related to demand planning promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:



Previous demand planning experience Knowledge of supply chain processes and systems Good knowledge of inventory management and forecasting principles Experience in ERP systems Accreditation in supply planning, CIPs, or other inventory management would be an advantage

Skills:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical with great attention to detail Comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets Commercial awareness Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Pivot Tables

Details:



Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Permanent Weekend cover might be applicable
