Overview
Kessock Service Station are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Forecourt site in Banff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing Staff, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively and ensuring sales goals are met. Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability. Lead, motivate, and manage the team to enhance productivity and morale. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll and reporting. Uphold Company policy and procedures. Drive store initiatives to enhance overall performance.
Experience
Proven experience in Retail Management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational abilities. Ability to effectively sell products and manage a team. Experience in Team and Sales Management preferred. Proficient in Time Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 31,000.00-35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
