Your Role:

Responsible for day-to-day running of general earthworks activity Work with the Works Manager and Engineering team to set the plans for the work and then execute them Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers Maintain high standards of safety and quality Demonstrable first-class approach to health, safety and environmental issues. Experience in managing multiple earthworks gangs Capable of reading and working on a 3-week programme. A sound understanding of quality requirements Able to work professionally with Clients representatives of a similar level or one step higher on a daily basis, and where required, engage with visiting Client representatives of all levels. Able to demonstrate leadership, and be visible and approachable by employees, other staff, and Clients. Ensure everyone on site is treated fairly and with respect.

Essential:

SMSTS qualification Minimum of CSCS Gold Card. Minimum 5 years experience in bulk Earthworks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00 per year
