Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor Decorator to lead and oversee decorative construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site supervision experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves coordinating teams, ensuring project quality, adhering to safety standards, and managing project timelines and budgets to deliver exceptional results on complex construction sites. Must have SSSTS, own tools and transport

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise decorating crews on various construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to design standards and client expectations Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in construction estimating as needed Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site Conduct regular site inspections

Requirements

Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on decorative or finishing work Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Supervising experience with a track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Construction site experience with an understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
