Milburn Construction is a privately owned and recently established groundworks/construction contractor. Their mission is to

Their next appointment will be a working Foreman to support the delivery of contracts throughout the Northeast which includes both commercial and domestic projects. The role will involve:

Supervising a team (or multiple teams) of workers, allocating tasks, ensuring safety systems of work are followed. Coordinating daily activities, ensuring work is completed to programme. Implementing stringent Quality Control, ensuring the quality of work meets the highest standards. Materials Management, confirming the necessary materials and tools are always available. Reporting and providing regular updates to management on progress, issues, and site conditions.
Applicants must demonstrate a passion for construction and working to the highest standards. This will be supported by extensive experience in leading teams of groundworkers, managing quality and ensuring works are delivered safely to programme. In addition to your outstanding communication skills and commitment to excellence you will also possess knowledge of:

Drainage (incl. deep drainage) Concrete (slabs, foundations, walls) Reinforcement A valid SSSTS/SMSTS and Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
