Job Description
Foreperson / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / 50,000 + PA
We are seeking a reliable and experienced multi-skilled tradesperson, ideally with a background in joinery & bricklaying, to carry out minor works and repairs across commercial and private residential properties, primarily within the Greater Belfast area.
This ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well-organised and personable with the ability to assess projects, coordinate materials, sub-contractors and complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a relevant trade - preferably joinery or bricklaying
CSR Card
Full, valid UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage small projects from start to finish
Benefits:
