Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Level 2 or 3 qualified Forester to join our team at East Harptree Nursery. In this role, you will help create an engaging outdoor learning experience that promotes exploration and discovery for young children. Your contributions will be vital in nurturing their love for nature and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions tailored to Early Years children Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive outdoor environment Encourage child-led exploration, risk-taking, and problem-solving Maintain risk assessments and follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures Work in partnership with parents, carers, and the wider team to support each child's progress Care for tools, equipment, and the outdoor learning space

Requirements

:

A

Forest School Leader qualification (Level 2 or 3)

Strong understanding of the EYFS and child-led learning Passion for nature, sustainability, and outdoor education
