A hands-on, split role across the warehouse and road:
FLT (counterbalance/reach):
load/unload HGVs and vans, safe stacking, goods-in/out.Van driving (category B):
local collections/deliveries, accurate PODs, great customer service. Yard/warehouse support: checks, scanning, staging freight, keeping kit/depot tidy and safe.What you'll need
Valid FLT certificate
(RTITB/ITSSAR).Full UK driving licence (B)
and confident driving a LWB van. Recent experience in a transport/3PL or similar fast-paced environment. Safety-first mindset, good comms, reliable timekeeping. Right to work in the UK.Nice to have (not essential)
Reach licence, manual handling certs, WMS/scanner know-how. Local route knowledge.
