Job Title: Forklift Counterbalance Driver
Salary: 313.00 per hour (Paid weekly)
Location: Norwich (NR5 & NR7) xe2x80x94 Own transport essential due to split-site work
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts:
Week 1: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
Week 2: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Position Overview:
Gap Personnel is proud to be working with a growing business in Costessey seeking an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join their warehouse team. This role starts on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
Load and unload goods from vehicles safely
Store pallets in designated warehouse locations
Support accurate stock rotation and inventory management
Assist with both inbound and outbound goods processes
Check incoming stock against delivery documentation
Requirements:
Valid Forklift Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable transport to travel between NR5 and NR7 sites
