Flexi Forklift Driver

, you will operate Flexi forklifts to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Flexi Forklift Truck to move goods both within the warehouse and in designated areas outside. Load inbound and outbound shipments from containers and trucks safely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of the Forklift and report any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure accuracy in loading/unloading to prevent damage or misplacement of inventory. Assist in maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Work closely with warehouse operatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures as per company guidelines.

Requirements

A valid Flexi Forklift Truck license (essential). Experience operating a Flexi Forklift Truck in a warehouse or similar environment. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Flexibility in working hours, including the willingness to work overtime as required. Previous experience in a logistics or warehousing role is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Previous operational experience with other types of forklifts is beneficial.
