Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

To ensure the safe offloading and loading of cargo into and out of the warehouse. Employees must always ensure that they are accurate, careful and perform their tasks with due care and attention.

Main Tasks of the Job

Forklift Driving To load and offload containers and trailers in a safe, efficient and accurate manner To ensure safe working practices To ensure accuracy in all work carried out To work as efficiently as possible promoting the best interests of the company at all times To be vigilant in the safety and security of all cargo under the control and care of the company The above is not an exhaustive list and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated within the organisation for its overall business objectives.

Essential Skills

Must be physically fit

Must be numerate

Must have own transport (due to location)

Forklift licence essential - Counterbalance

The hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm to 9pm. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Salary is open to negotiation and dependant upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
