Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and orders Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment Operating a forklift truck loading / unloading and stacking products in racking Perform equipment repair as necessary to maintain operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space

Skills

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but training will be given Proficiency in materials handling techniques and safety procedures Forklift licence advantageous but training will be given Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing
