Position: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operative Role Summary

We are seeking a responsible and hardworking

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operator

to join our production and logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving goods and materials efficiently and safely around the factory and yard, assisting with general maintenance and cleanliness, and supporting production as required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely to move pallets, materials, and finished goods Load and unload deliveries and move stock to designated areas Keep the yard tidy and organised at all times Wash machinery, belts, benches, racks, and other equipment as required Move pallets around the site and arrange stock neatly on shelving or designated areas Maintain stock records and ensure accurate movement tracking Pallet wrap and prepare goods for storage or dispatch Put pallets into the freezer and remove them as needed Assist production staff when required Compact polystyrene blocks using the company's compactor, arrange on pallets, and maintain the compactor room tidy Assist production staff when required Follow all health and safety and hygiene standards Perform

other duties as required

Requirements

Valid

Forklift Licence

(Counterbalance) -

essential

Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, factory, or food production environment Good understanding of

health and safety regulations

Ability to work in

cold environments (freezer)

Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
