Trans Plant Mastertrain

is a well-established training provider based in Exeter, delivering construction and logistics training across the UK. We offer both commercial training and apprenticeship programmes, working with a wide range of customers--from private individuals to large national businesses. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and delivering an outstanding learning experience.

We are seeking an additional Instructor to deliver training across various categories of forklift trucks and plant machinery at both our training centre and customer sites.

Experience instructing is not required as full training will be provided, however, we are also keen to hear from those who do have instructing experience too!

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience operating forklifts and/or plant machinery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to delivering high-quality training and exceptional customer service Good level of English and Maths

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: 33,000 (once qualified) 2025 bonus scheme with estimated additional earnings exceeding 650.00 Weekend overtime available but not mandatory (1.5 times standard rate paid) Full training provided for those not yet instructor-qualified

Desired Qualifications:

Counterbalance Forklift Truck (Preferred, but training will be provided) Instructor Qualification (Preferred, but training will be provided) Additional qualifications in forklift or plant machinery are a plus
