We are seeking a Forklift Driver to join our Cygnia team at the Northampton site (NN4 7BW).

The role is full-time and permanent, based

on a 5 out of 7

working pattern. Shift patterns available

06:00-22:00, 22:00-10:00, or 10:00-06:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work Willingness to work in a warehouse environment FLT License A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures
