Forklift Truck Operative

Long Clawson Dairy (Clawson Farms)

Based: Long Clawson (LE14 4PJ)

Salary: 13.10 per hour + Great Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 6:15am to 3:00pm

At Clawson, our Forklift Truck Drivers are responsible for the safe transfer of goods between departments including the loading and unloading of vehicles. We need you to show our values by:

Ensuring all Forklift truck safety regulations are always followed Ensuring all records, where required, are completed accurately and on time Carrying out stock counts

What are we looking for?

Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence Adaptable/flexible to meet requirements and demands of production and seasonal fluctuations Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 3 months) Good Command of English language Self-motivated. Good level of accuracy and numeracy when completing records Quality Focused. Must be able to work on own initiative. Team player Food/process manufacturing background- would be desirable
Because of the nature of our business and the responsibilities of your role, we may occasionally ask for your flexibility to work extra hours, weekends, or shifts during busy seasonal periods. We appreciate your support in helping us meet these demands!
