Provide a safe, supportive home.
Support emotional, social, and educational development.
Use trauma-informed care and advocate for each child.
Requirements
Spare bedroom for a child
Time, love, and care to offer
Age 21+
British Citizenship, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or EU Settled Status
Basic IT & good spoken English
Ability to take children to school/meetings
Desirable: PC/tablet, driving (flexible with public transport)
Pay & Benefits
Earn 28,000-50,000 per year (fees + allowances)
Retainer fee during induction
24/7 support, dedicated social worker, training & support groups
Fostering Network membership, activities, and advice
