You will be part of a highly acclaimed, supportive service that has a comprehensive programme to ensure all staff have a thorough induction, receive ongoing support from managers and have the opportunity to progress in your career. We value staff development and offer a wide range of training opportunities, including trauma informed practice models and approaches that enhance the service delivery to our children and foster carers.
Working in the fostering team is an exciting, challenging, unique and rewarding job. We clearly demonstrate that the voice of the child and family shape the service we provide, and this is evidenced throughout our practice. If you are an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed team player that is interested in making a positive difference to the lives of children in foster care and to foster families, we would love to hear from you.
