Coventry School Foundation (CSF) is a forward-thinking educational charity providing an independent education for around 1,600 pupils aged 3-18. Based in the heart of Coventry, with a history stretching back over 500 years, CSF is a family of six co-educational day schools united by a common purpose: to give young people the foundation for an extraordinary life through exceptional education.





The CEO and Principal is seeking to appoint a dynamic and commercially minded strategic Marcoms professional to further develop and embed a cohesive Marketing, Admissions and Communications strategy across the Foundation and its schools: Bablake Pre-Prep, Bablake Junior School, Bablake School, King Henry VIII Pre-Prep, King Henry VIII Junior School and King Henry VIII School.



The Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications is a pivotal member of the Foundation Leadership Team and will play an integral role in developing and implementing the Foundation's vision and strategy, with a focus on pupil numbers and brand differentiation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will provide inspiring leadership to a team of ten marketing and admissions professionals. They will ensure that each school's positioning is communicated in a compelling way and will demonstrate the agility to respond to opportunities in the market.



This key leadership role requires an outstanding marketing professional who can develop a cohesive strategy, suggest creative solutions and make a tangible impact. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with an innovative approach, eager to shape and inspire their team to deliver results. They should demonstrate extensive strategic leadership, brand management and influencing skills, gained from within or outside the education sector. Energy, the ability to manage multiple projects, an understanding of excellent customer service and a collaborative style are fundamental to this role.

Generous fee remission for the children of permanent staff is available at all Foundation schools (from age 3) subject to a minimum number of hours worked. There is an excellent and loyal support staff, who understand their vital role in contributing to pupils' growth and achievements. All staff benefit from free membership of our on-site Sports Club.
