FC Evolution has currently 8 teams in the 2023/24 teams across both our boys and girls sections, with our

boys teams entering the 2023/24 Junior Premier League.

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a bright, self-motivated person to join our team based in Essex. The candidate will work

closely with our Head of Football and become a Lead Phase Coach, whilst also coaching their own team.

At FC Evolution, we are committed to giving our players the best possible experience when delivering

coaching sessions. As a group of ambitious coaches, we challenge one another to provide unique and quality

coaching sessions.

You will be responsible for recognising and analysing players' strengths and weaknesses and be able to write

high-level player reports with goal-sets for individual players.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Phase Role

? Oversee organisation of Foundation Phase Age Groups

o Support on fixture organsation, player movement between age groups (when required)

o Ensure coaches are using 360 platform to support player development

? Ensuring all players within your phase are registered via the Whole Game System & League systems for

the seasons ahead and any transfers/updates are completed prior to new player signing

o Operations Manager to complete, please ensure all players are communicated with them

directly

? Ensuring 360 player is up to date within your phase

o Member information is up to date

? Supporting the staff within your phase

o Catch ups with coaches supporting their training delivery and game delivery

o Supporting at any fixtures, when required

o Any analysis support required for staff to be able to support group

? Point of contact for parents within your phase

? Oversee the player reporting process for your phase, with support from age group coaches

o Initial communication with staff

o Ensure deadlines are met

o Reports reviewed before being sent out to parents/players

? Supporting on the recruitment of new coaches into your phase

o Watch practical interviews / first stage interviews (when required)

Head Coach

? Lead of the delivery of sessions within the Youth Phase section

? Lead match day for age group

o Complete player reports and analysis for age group team

U18s assistant coach

? To ensure the coaching and playing philosophy is implemented and embedded daily on the training pitch.

? To co-ordinate the daily operations of the U18s and manage the Under 18s monthly programme working

closely with the SLT team.

? Analysis - produce and deliver content to the players using Veo cameras

? To review the progress of the scholar's development and conduct 12 weekly face to face meetings in

accordance with the review process.

? To attend CPD where required

? To attend phase specific coaching meetings and carry out any other duties as required by the U18s head

coach or Director of Football.

? To support the culture and always represent the club in the best possible light.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
