Founder's Associate - Digital Healthcare (Part-Time, Remote)

Hours:

20 hours/week - 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday

Contract:

6 months (potential full-time if targets met)

looking for a proactive, organised, and ambitious

Founder's Associate

. This is your chance to work side-by-side with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in running and scaling a business.

You'll support daily operations, help drive marketing and sales, and keep projects moving forward. Perfect for a graduate with

marketing and sales experience

--especially if you know your way around social media marketing.

What You'll Do

Assist the founder with day-to-day business tasks. Support

digital marketing

campaigns and

sales outreach

. Create and post engaging

social media content

(bonus skill). Conduct market research and track campaign results. Provide regular updates and feedback to the founder.

What We're Looking For

Graduate with marketing & sales experience (digital/healthcare preferred). Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident using remote working tools (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.). Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
