We're looking for an experienced and highly organised
Founder's Associate (m/f/d)
to the CEO who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic defense tech company. As the interface between management, technical departments, and sales, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of all facets of a start-up.
This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from attending high-level strategy discussions with stakeholders to practical hands-on tasks that include office management, inventory oversight, and technical planning and preparation for product demonstrations.

Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and communications
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising requests and inquiries
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Assist with special projects and initiatives that reflect the dynamic nature of a tech start-up
Office management responsibilities: Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, verifying orders, and managing the receipt of goods

Your Profile
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally with a practical technical background
A keen interest in technology and the ability to understand hands-on technical aspects of the company's work
Strong educational background in a relevant field, which can include both technical and business-related degrees
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel as required
