Founding Engineer - Full Stack (Pre-Seed, High Traction)

London / Remote

We are a pre-seed AI startup building next-generation

AI voice agents for financial and professional services

. Our technology is already being used by enterprise clients, and we have a clearly defined roadmap grounded in real market demand.

The founding team consists of

well-established operators and consultants

from top-tier firms with deep domain expertise and strong networks across consulting, private equity, and financial services. We have an early product in market, paying customers, and a long list of opportunities to execute on -- but we need exceptional engineering talent to scale.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can

own problems end-to-end

, work across the stack, and proactively anticipate solutions before they're asked for. You'll work closely with the founders to:

Design and build core features for our AI voice agent platform Implement fast, intuitive user experiences that delight enterprise users Make key architectural decisions and set engineering standards from day one Move quickly from concept ? prototype ? production Build internal tooling, integrations, and data pipelines to support large-scale voice and insight workflows Help recruit and mentor future engineers as the team grows

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

3-8+ years of hands-on engineering experience Strong

full-stack

abilities (frontend + backend + light devops) A proactive, "figure it out" approach -- someone who gets results Ability to work with limited oversight and drive projects independently Strong product intuition and attention to user experience Experience shipping polished, reliable features quickly Comfort working with AI/LLM APIs or willingness to learn rapidly

Nice-to-haves

Experience with voice systems, agents, or LLM toolchains Prior startup or founding experience Ability to mock up clean UI/UX without relying on a designer Experience integrating internal or third-party APIs
