We have become so used to click our way through corporate awareness trainings that we have their purpose. Done right, impactful training foster safe and creative workplace culture that protects people, and enhance companies. At Arti, we address workplace misconduct and support organisations by delivering better training via personalised AI conversations, and culture monitoring capabilities. Our AI-facilitators adapt to each user's context, learning preferences, and pace, for an engaging experience that's actually relevant to learners.
Having established academic proof of concept at Oxford University, completed the LSE startup accelerator, raised our pre-seed round and secured pilots across leading institutions, we're now expanding the team to work alongside us, two dedicated founders. We work best with high energy people who like to think independently, move quickly, and enjoy bouncing ideas around.
Arti is as much a place to grow as it is a place to build. We like changing environments, spending time together beyond the laptop, and keeping the working style flexible. If that sounds like you, we'd love you to join us!
About the Role
We are hiring a
