This role
starts as a BDR
, working US hours from London and selling alongside our US-based team. You will be trained on our
existing sales playbook
, learn how we operate in the States, and execute at a high level before taking on additional responsibility.
We're opening our
first European office
, and we want someone who can absorb our culture, apply it locally, and eventually help
lead and scale our European operations
.
What You'll Do
Execute as a BDR using a
proven sales playbook
Work
US hours
(1pm-12am) to stay closely aligned with our US sales team
Learn our sales culture, messaging, and execution standards
Consistently generate pipeline and book qualified meetings
Help bring our US sales motion to Europe as we expand
Opportunity:
Simple you will have a chance at becoming the CEO of the London office in 3 months. But you need to work minimum 6 days a week.
What We're Looking For
Strong executor who wants to
earn leadership through performance
Prior BDR / SDR experience preferred
Coachable and eager to learn an established sales motion
Comfortable operating independently once trained
Interested in long-term growth into a European leadership role
Based in London
