As FP&A Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the finance team, responsible for partnering with the wider company, providing insightful analysis and management information. Collaboration is key, both across your own team to ensure alignment and consistency, and across the wider company to drive commercial decision-making with insightful data.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans company-wide.
Performing variance analysis and providing insights into key drivers of financial performance.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, including key performance indicators and financial metrics.
Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, such as market analysis, pricing analysis, product costing and value chain, cost optimization, and KPIs.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a highly motivated environment.
It is essential you have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
A relevant professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or are pursuing this.
Experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, variance analysis, and scenario planning
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Although not essential, it would also be beneficial if you have worked in a similar industry (eg. FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences), and hav experience with ERP & financial planning and/or cash flow forecasting systems (eg. Business Central, F&O, Vena, Agicap).
