We are looking for a FP&A Analyst for the Finance team, who will report to the Head of Finance UK. In this role, you will be responsible for support on closing results, deviations control and gross margin monitorization, collaborate in forecasting of the business performance, support the Marketing and Sales team in evaluating promos and pricing initiatives, and support the Direct to Consumer teams.
What
you
will
do
Collaborate in the Financial controlling:
Understand and manage the Profit and Loss account of the market.
Monitor and control the monthly results, analysing Target/Actual differences and recommending actions for the management.
Support on the financial and reporting activities: External Reporting to HQ and Internal Reporting for the market: Financial Dashboard, Closing conference call, preparation of Management Committee presentation, etc....
Regular interaction with the market top line teams for decision making based on numbers.
Participate in Financial Planning at market level:
Financialise S&OP outcomes to provide P&L perspective YTD/YTG on a monthly basis.
Build Budget/Estimates gathering the inputs from the different teams to ensure the plans have a financial coherence, while supporting to explain the outcome
Business partnering for Sales & Marketing departments:
Provide ad-hoc decision support on decisions like product price definition, promotion activations, advertising campaigns, portfolio changes...
Act as the financial business partner of the Marketing Managers for our brand, analysing the different categories and supporting the innovation process with financial business cases.
Support on the Direct to Consumer / e-Commerce activities, with full standard Financial Planning activities, with analysis on e-Commerce specific KPIs (LTV, FTB, Cohorts, CPA, ...).
What we are looking for
Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
Junior Management in company FMCG with over 3 years' experience (ideally multinational).
Experience in a business partnering role
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control
Working knowledge of short and long term forecast, and product-line/customer profitability analysis
Knowledge on LTV, CPA, Retention and Cohorts financial analysis
Strong analytical skills, able to take complex ideas and summarize into concise insights and recommendations
Strong communication and influencing skills
Results-oriented person
Advanced knowledge of MS excel is a must.
SAP and Oracle Hyperion Planning experience will be valued (although not required)
