This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join our team. You will build your business knowledge and create strong relationships across divisions; you will have responsibility for pulling together high-quality commercial analysis for a range of key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities





Build reports and Power BI dashboards to help the business understand performance and areas of risk and opportunities. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly commercial finance reports to functional leaders to drive data-based decision making. Core focus areas include, Sales, Revenue, Net Retention Rates %, Headcount. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to help support decision makers. Continually adapt and improve financial reporting and metrics. Collaborate on preparing presentations to visualise and communicate all the above with various stake holders throughout the company. Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making across the group.


Skills Knowledge and Expertise





2+ years relevant experience, with solid knowledge of: Budgeting & Forecasting Power BI and/or similar dashboard reporting systems Excel modelling and financial reporting SaaS/recurring revenue models High attention to detail; works accurately and quickly and has good organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to set and meet deadlines including ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time.
