Tell me more

Support the planning, development and production of Virgin Red's annual budget, in-year forecasts and long-term financial strategy. Track and analyse key financial KPIs to assess performance against targets and business plans. Deliver monthly management reports, providing a clear overview of financial and commercial performance. Contribute to quarterly business valuations and investment modelling, helping shape strategic decisions. Develop Power BI reporting tools to streamline and automate financial insights. Partner across teams to respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests.

What you'll need

Recently qualified accountant (ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience as a Commercial Finance or FP&A Analyst, or another fast-paced finance role with transferable skills. Exposure to complex or multi-layered business models. Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities -- able to turn complex data into clear insights. Excellent analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge. Confidence communicating with stakeholders across varying levels of financial understanding. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Loyalty or customer rewards experience would be a bonus, but it's not essential

Salary

: 60,000 - 73,000 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
