Job Title: FP&A Analyst

About the role:
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team, supporting our Assurance stream. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a global organisation, working closely with senior leaders and decision-makers.
As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering insightful financial reporting and commercial analysis for our Assurance stream. You'll support business-critical processes such as long-range plans, annual budgets and rolling forecasts, alongside month-end reporting, variance analysis and business partnering with key stakeholders.
To support your career development, we're pleased to offer a study support package (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) as part of this role.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with two days in the office and three from home.
Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and post monthly journals
Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts accurately and promptly
Track and report cost centre performance, ensuring data is reconciled, variances identified and actioned
Produce insightful financial reports, KPIs, project tracking and cost analysis schedules
Build templates and reporting tools to support quarterly business reviews, financial plans and forecasts
Assist Senior Finance Business Partners on a range of FP&A activities, including data analysis, trend investigation and commentary
Work with large, complex data sets using SAP, Excel, Tableau, and EPM to deliver meaningful reports and solve financial challenges
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with relevant finance experience.
Strong technical finance skills, particularly in Excel and with General Ledger systems (SAP experience a plus)
Highly numerate and analytical, confident working with large and complex data sets
A credible, collaborative communicator with strong influencing skills
A proactive, positive team player with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
