Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Duties

Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting. Collaborate with various departments to gather data for budgeting and forecasting processes. Develop financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support business decisions. Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling is advantageous. Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is desirable. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
