Interim FP&A Consultant

  • Rate: 450-500 per day (Outside IR35)
  • Location: London (3 days in office - hybrid)
  • Duration: Initially 3 months (Temp-to-perm potential)
  • Start date: ASAP or short notice
A high-growth software business is urgently looking for a hands-on FP&A Consultant to support their commercial finance function through a critical growth phase. Recently hiring their first finance leader, the business is scaling fast (40% YoY growth) and needs an experienced interim to help build forward-looking models, manage Salesforce data, and support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain revenue models and reporting packs
  • Translate Salesforce data into clear financial insights
  • Set up and improve Excel-based reporting (100k+ rows)
  • Support revenue recognition and KPI tracking
  • Liaise with the Sales Director and CFO on forecasting and insight
  • Help implement scalable data processes and structure
What They're Looking For:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CAANZ or Equivalent)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modelling)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean environments
  • Knowledge of Xero and Salesforce is a bonus
  • SaaS/software background helpful but not essential
