A high-growth software business is urgently looking for a hands-on FP&A Consultant to support their commercial finance function through a critical growth phase. Recently hiring their first finance leader, the business is scaling fast (40% YoY growth) and needs an experienced interim to help build forward-looking models, manage Salesforce data, and support commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain revenue models and reporting packs
Translate Salesforce data into clear financial insights
Set up and improve Excel-based reporting (100k+ rows)
Support revenue recognition and KPI tracking
Liaise with the Sales Director and CFO on forecasting and insight
Help implement scalable data processes and structure
What They're Looking For:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CAANZ or Equivalent)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, lean environments
Knowledge of Xero and Salesforce is a bonus
SaaS/software background helpful but not essential
