FP&A Manager, Global Media



London / Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Head Office at Battersea Power Station



About the role



As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to our global team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for working with finance leadership and cross-functional departments in the business, focussing on identifying and reporting financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results against plans and forecasts. This position will assist in improving financial status by monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to management.



Suppor t the planning, execution & evaluation of EMEA Adveritising and Sales OpEx Expense.



Day-to-day OpEx interface with EMEA Marketing and Sales business partners .



Build deliverables that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business .



Assist ongoing process improvement , both within Finance and with business partners ..



Learn under a n experienced Finance leadership team with a diverse background .



Some of the skills and experience we're looking for



Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good sound interpersonal skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



PowerBI Experience Preferred



Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment



Solid analytical skills with a strong attention to detail



Ability to work under supe rvision or guidance and meet deadlines



5+ of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related role
