Job Description
This newly created role leads financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support senior leaders in a fast-growing, venture-backed business. It offers equity, hybrid working, and exposure to fundraising, acquisitions, and major global clients.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive business growth.
- Build advanced financial models to support fundraising, M&A, and strategic decisions.
- Streamline reporting and insights using automation, analytics, and scenario planning.
- Partner with leaders and investors to guide performance, deals, and strategic initiatives.
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Experience building financial models from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
- Competitive salary in the range of 65,000- 80,000 + equity + great benefits.
- Permanent role with growth potential in the Wirral area (plus some travel to other local sites).
- Hybrid & flexible working, around 3 days per week in the office.
