We are looking for a part-time Fractional Marketing Manager for one of our clients - a leading UK-based SME specialising in high-quality wire rope assemblies, balustrade systems, and a diverse range of home and outdoor products. Serving both B2B and B2C markets, this role is all about driving marketing initiatives and enhancing digital presence.
The role
As a Fractional Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic SME environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving digital lead generation
through various channels, optimising campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Managing and optimising our website
, focusing on user experience, content, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Analysing marketing performance

Collaborating closely with internal teams
to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Who You Are
We are looking for a highly capable, results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. You should possess:
A minimum of 5+ years of marketing management experience
, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic capabilities.
Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
, with a clear understanding of the nuances of each market.
Deep knowledge of digital lead generation strategies
, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Expertise in website management and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
