We're looking for a
Fractional Client Account Manager
who can operate as our internal
project manager, delivery lead, and client relationship owner
- all at once. Someone who gets the nuance of B2B sales, the pace of agency life, and the difference between "just managing" and actually driving results.
This isn't a passive role. You'll need to be commercially sharp, ruthlessly organised, and confident steering teams and clients in equal measure.
What You'll Own
> Client Relationship Management
Lead onboarding: kick-off calls, asset wrangling, internal handovers
Be the day-to-day contact for clients - proactive, clear, and on the front foot
Own monthly performance reports with sharp insights and practical recommendations
Stay plugged into client-side GTM motions and help us align outbound efforts accordingly
> Project & Campaign Management
Run the show on delivery timelines - from launch plans to copy deadlines and SDR alignment
Ensure every campaign has what it needs to launch right and run well
Oversee SDR allocation based on capacity, results, and client needs
Lead weekly check-ins to keep the whole team ahead of the curve
> Data, Strategy & Action
Monitor CRM dashboards and call data to spot risks before they bite
Surface insights and make decisions- not just reports
Collaborate with our Outbound Strategist (a.k.a. co-founder Ben Bennett) to adjust course when needed
Be the feedback loop across SDRs, clients, and strategy
What We're Looking For
5+ years in outbound sales and client delivery
Experience owning accounts in a
B2B agency
or
early-stage startup
First-hand knowledge of
outbound or demand gen campaigns
- especially cold calling
Confident driving timelines, deliverables, and internal accountability
Fluent in tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Asana, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT, etc.
