Job Description
Kilian are looking to recruit talented Sales Advisors - Fragrance Specialist to join their team at Heathrow. If you are an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career within the Retail Beauty Industry, then this could be the perfect role for you.
If you want to break into retail, or you have experience which you want to build upon, as one of their Fragrance Specialists you will use your authentic approach and passion for perfumes and scent to provide each customer with a unique and inspirational in-store experience ensuring the customer finds the perfect scent, be it for a gift or to best express their own singularity.
You will be working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves a high standard of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
As a Fragrance Specialist your key responsibilities include:
- Building collaborative working relationships
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
- Providing best-in-class customer service
- Maintain merchandise and display counters
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous retail experience, you will have the following skills:
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- Approachable, friendly with a 'can-do' attitude
- Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs
- Flexible availability across days/hours
