Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes and work within a Care Home / Frailty Team. This role requires a proactive approach to nursing, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and medical attention they require.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in care homes, including administering immunisations and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' health status, documenting changes and communicating effectively with healthcare teams. Maintain accurate records of patient care activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimise patient outcomes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care practices, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions. Ability to administer immunisations such as Flu, COVID and Shingles Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 18.00-23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
