We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Framework Manager

to lead the delivery of a portfolio of roads and highway works in the South West of England.



This role is an opportunity to play a key part in our growth while working on projects that align with our values.

Leading the successful delivery of schemes, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Engaging with local communities to create positive social and environmental outcomes through our work. Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding them into future frameworks.

About you.... (what you are skilled at)

You're a confident and credible leader with a proven track record of managing frameworks or portfolios of projects in civil engineering. Your ability to engage with customers, motivate teams, and deliver outstanding results makes you stand out. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and financial discipline, and you have a strong focus on continuous improvement.



This role will suit someone who is based in or willing to work in the South West of England and is looking for an opportunity to grow their career while contributing to the growth of our business in the region.

Demonstrable success in managing civil engineering projects safely, on time, and within budget. ideally with a tier one contracting group.

A strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, understanding and delivering on client priorities. Previous experience with National Highways and/or local authorities.

The capability to manage financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively.

A proactive approach to delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
