Transform Hub is a fast growing high profit fitness franchise helping 35 - 65+ year olds transform their health, confidence, and quality of life.

We're expanding across the UK and need a

Franchise Sales Coordinator

to own speed to lead and lead nurture so the CEO and Ops Team can focus on closing deals and supporting franchisees.

This is not a recruitment admin role.

It's a sales development role.

Call fast, follow up hard, and book serious prospects into calls and HQ visits.

Your mission:



Turn new and existing franchise enquiries into qualified Zoom calls and HQ visits by being:

The fastest to respond The most consistent at follow up The cleanest in the CRM
You don't have to close the franchise sale. You make sure the right people show up so the CEO can.

You will:



Call and message all new inbound franchise leads between 60 seconds and 5 minutes during your coverage blocks Run short qualification calls using our script (discover capital, timeline, location, motivation) Book qualified prospects into Zoom franchise presentations with the CEO Follow up with no shows, "thinking about it," and older leads to pull them back into the calendar Send WhatsApp messages and voice notes to improve show up rates for Zooms and HQ visits Keep the CRM immaculate: detailed notes, next actions set, statuses always up to date Hit daily / weekly activity targets: dials, call connects, Zooms booked, show rates Send a simple daily summary of your numbers and key wins to the CEO Support coordination of in person HQ visits (confirm details, send reminders, pre-frame expectations)
You do the ground work that moves the money needle: availability, speed, personalisation, and volume of follow up.

Who You Are



"Must haves":



1 - 2+ years in sales / telesales / recruitment or contact centre style role Comfortable making lots of calls and sending lots of messages every day Confident speaking about money, business, and investment Strong written and verbal communication Organised and disciplined with CRM / admin Competitive, money-motivated, and coachable

"Nice to haves":



Experience in fitness, franchising, or selling high ticket services Experience working from scripts and hitting clear KPIs

Compensation & Benefits:



Base salary: 28,000 - 32,000 (experience dependent) OTE: ~38,000 - 42,000 (uncapped for top performers), through: Bonuses per qualified Zoom that shows Bonuses per franchise sold from your booked calls 28 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays) Hybrid working (Mon & Wed in Knutsford office) Free onsite parking Free gym membership at Transform Hub Direct mentorship from the CEO in a scaling franchise brand
