Franchise Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Sales Meetings

Conduct in-person franchise sales meetings with interested clients at our Reading and Horsham stores or at other agreed locations across the UK Present the franchise opportunity and brand professionally and convincingly Follow up on leads, answer queries, and build relationships with potential investors

Location Visits & Evaluations

Visit and evaluate potential high-street locations for upcoming stores Coordinate with the internal location sourcing team Accompany franchisees to shortlisted sites and assist in closing deals

General Company Operations

Assist with day-to-day tasks in the company when sales meetings are not scheduled Support other departments and company goals as needed

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

sales, client relations

, or

franchise development

(hospitality or retail preferred) Excellent

communication and persuasion

skills Friendly, confident, and approachable personality Strong organisational and follow-up skills Ability to travel frequently within the UK Full UK driving license is preferred (but not mandatory)
