About the Role
As Franchise Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the
sales performance, profitability, and commercial development
of the Geely franchise. As additional brands join the Charles Hurst network, your remit will grow--offering genuine long-term career progression and the chance to shape the future of our franchise portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance
across the Geely franchise, ensuring strong results, consistent growth, and exceptional customer outcomes.
Take full P&L responsibility
, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
Develop and execute sales strategies
that maximise market share and elevate brand presence.
Build a high-performing relationship
with the manufacturer, ensuring alignment on standards, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Lead franchise planning and forecasting
, providing clear insight to the senior leadership team.
Prepare for future growth
, supporting the introduction and launch of new brands within the Charles Hurst network.
Coach, support, and influence sales teams
to deliver best-in-class performance.
Monitor market trends
and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
