Job description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telesales Executive to support the growth of our franchise network here at Feel Electric. This is a temporary full-time position with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. You will make outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce the Feel Electric business opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective franchise leads. Your primary focus will be to generate interest in our franchise opportunity and assess whether the lead meets our initial criteria, before referring qualified leads to the Franchise Recruitment Manager for further engagement.
This is a proactive sales role that requires confidence on the phone, initiative in sourcing your own leads, and the ability to communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and research potential franchise leads using various tools and platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce the franchise opportunity.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their interest and suitability.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and accurately record relevant information.
Schedule and refer qualified leads to the Franchise Recruitment Manager.
Maintain accurate records of activity and lead status using internal systems.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead qualification targets.
Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to support business development efforts.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead tracking systems).
Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is desirable but not essential.
Interest in fitness, franchising, or business development is a plus.
